Start with what you know - Delicious Tomato Mango Salsa

Today I would like to mention a very very popular raw recipe that most people already know.  Basic tomato salsa!  There are as many variations of this recipe as there are people who make it.  It has always been one of my favorites and one of the very first raw recipes that I felt totally confident making. 

Sometimes I make this and don't even have anything with it.  I just eat it like a soup.  I have also spooned this into the center part of a romaine lettuce leave and eaten it kind of like a taco.  Makes a great side dish to.  I use the same basic ingredients but change it up to keep it interesting.  Something that I have found to be a very delicious addition to the basic mix is mango!  Yum.   Here is a picture of my pretty salsa, and the recipe.  I added some flax oil to this recipe to boost my daily intake of essential omega 3's.

Delicious tomato mango salsa!

Three large tomatoes
Half of one very hot Jalapeno, minced
One handful of cilantro, sliced into pieces
Juice from one Lime
One red onion cut very small
Sea Salt to taste
One Milano Mango, diced
One Avocado, diced
One tablespoon of flax oil
